Scout Aerospace LLC is proud to announce that it is partnering with the Georgia Space Grant Consortium to train the next cadre of aerospace professionals. Both organizations recognize the importance of providing genuine challenges for graduate and undergraduate students. To that end, our company is offering a twelve week Summer training program to initiate students from Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State University into Georgia’s space industry.
The Georgia Space Grant Consortium (GSGC) was established in 1989 to develop a statewide network of academic, industry, and non-profit partners dedicated to maximize the number of Georgia students from all backgrounds who are well-prepared in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields and who are motivated to support space and aeronautics programs vital to this nation. GSGC has 20 affiliate members and 10 partner organizations serving metropolitan and rural areas of the state. Through its member programs, GSGC conducts research, internships, scholarships, fellowships, K-12 student and teacher training programs and public outreach across Georgia.
